Terms of Use
1. INTRODUCTION TO TERMS
zimspost is an online service used by the general public as a convenient and resourceful site for buying and selling items, searching jobs, finding local businesses and expressing interests on zimspost's user forums. By using this service you agree henceforth to abide by these TERMS and acknowledge that these TERMS may change without notification and therefore agree to review zimspost TERMS regularly to observe any changes that may have occurred. If you do not agree with the following terms of use you must immediately discontinue use of all services offered at zimspost.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS
We, at zimspost reserve the right to change, alter, or modify this agreement at any time. These changes will be affective immediately upon posting of new TERMS. Any changes to the TERMS or other services offered at zimspost will be posted on zimspost news at

It is the sole responsibility for users to review these TERMS immediately after the TERMS are updated and posted.
3. CONTENT ON ZIMSPOST
All content posted on zimspost in the format of pictures, videos, wording, links to other websites or any other such form of content which is originated by users, IS the sole responsibility of such poster whom content originated. AND zimspost is not responsible or will not be held responsible for content posted on zimspost by it's users. We will make every effort to keep zimspost free from abusive, hateful, ignorant, discriminating, illegal or otherwise questionable content from being displayed or viewed on zimspost. It is understood that it is impossible and therefore unreasonable to assume that all content posted on zimspost can be checked and/or reviewed by us and leave the users of zimspost the responsibility to report such abuse. We have made reporting abuse easy as well as confidential. Please use the following email when reporting abuse and be sure to include city, ad#, and description of abusive content to:

This information will be used to review content in question and corrective form of action will be done including but not limited to removal of ad, banning offender from posting, and in serious cases, notifying authorities.
4. DEFINING ABUSIVE CONTENT
The following content is considered abusive and may result in being banned from zimspost as well as being reported to authorities.
a. GENERAL POSTING
Any content which includes but not limited to racism, discrimination, misleading, offensive, threatening, inhumane, as well as strong sexual content. Spam and multi posting will not be tolerated and will be removed. You must post to the correct and applicable category.
b. HOUSING
Using any form of discrimination when wording an ad which describes a person or group of people is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on zimspost.
Examples of discriminating content:
"not coded for person with a disability"
"available apartment in Christian community"
"quiet, child free housing"
Examples of content allowed on zimspost
"non smoker or non smoking complex"
"no pets allowed"
"over 50 community housing"
c. JOB POSTINGS
All companies posting jobs on zimspost must comply with the term
"Equal opportunity employer"
The determination of employment should not be decided by race, religion, sex, age, health, or sexual orientation.

Jobs pertaining nudity or sex, differed pay, get rich quick programs, jobs which demand up front payment from applicants, and investment opportunities.
5. AVOIDING FRAUDS & SCAM'S
The best way to avoid scam's is to buy and sell locally. However, if the need or opportunity to deal outside your community develops the following information may save you time and money.
Tips for spotting FRAUDS & SCAM'S:
The seller refuses to allow inspection of the item for sale.
A person over sea's wants to buy your car you are selling using a bank check. The check may look authentic and your bank may even allow it to be deposited, but eventually the check will be discovered as counterfeit and YOU will be held responsible.
If anyone contacts you about the item you have for sale that sounds suspicious or if you are a victim of FRAUD, contact us and explain in full detail at abuse@zimspost.com.
6. PAID SERVICES
Although zimspost is offered as a free service, we also offer a paid service which can be used at the sole purpose of enhancing your ad and is entirely an optional service. Paid ads are non refundable and zimspost does not make any guarantee and/or guarantee results from any service and will not be held responsible for misleading or inaccuracy of ads. Zimspost is offered on an "as is" basis and therefore is not liable for results or lack there of.
7. AD DURATIONS
zimspost reserves the right to change durations of ads for both free and paid ads at any time. These changes will be posted on zimspost news and will be affective immediately. The changes will not affect ads placed previous to these changes and will only affect ads placed AFTER the said changes.
